Moo Cow Labradoodles guarantees that at the time of delivery, the dog is in good health. This warranty is valid for 24 months from the date the dog is born, and is valid for the person/s listed only. The buyer has THREE (3) days from the time of receipt of the dog to have dog examined by a licensed veterinarian. This warranty will be terminated immediately if the dog is not examined within the allotted time. This warranty covers all life altering genetic disease and is provided for 24 months after the date of birth. Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time that will greatly shorten the life of, or greatly alter the quality of life of the dog, Moo Cow Labradoodles will provide the buyer with a dog from another litter or refund the purchase price of the puppy. Hips, patellas, and elbows that are OFA Borderline are not included. Intestinal worms, including Giardia and Coccidia are not included in guarantee. This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, hernias, shedding, or hypoglycemia. The dog must be returned @ buyers expense to Moo Cow Labradoodles if requesting a replacement/refund.
If for any reason during the lifetime of the dog, the purchaser cannot keep the dog or must surrender the dog, Moo Cow Labradoodles is to be notified immediately and purchaser agrees to give Moo Cow Labradoodles 3 weeks to find a replacement home. If the dog is surrendered to any other agency, including a rescue group, humane society, city or county pound, or any other animal agency, purchaser will be responsible for any and all fees associated with rescuing or obtaining said dog. A dog is a lifetime commitment and this contract strictly forbids the purchaser from surrendering the dog to any other person, business, or agency, other than Moo Cow Labradoodles.
The buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative healthcare including, but not limited to, inoculation, internal and external parasites, and preventative medication. Heart-worm medication must be given or the warranty is void. Please note: the use of Trifexis and/or Comfortis will void the health warranty. The dog is to remain on high quality kibble. Veterinary records must be provided to breeder if requesting a replacement, and breeder reserves the right to a second opinion at our expense. If any of the above preventative care has not been provided, health warranty will be null and void.

Reservation Fees and Payment:
Reservation fees are non-refundable. Moo Cow Labradoodles reserves the right to first pick out of any litter for our breeding program. Puppy Selections are in order of deposit. Final Selections must be chosen by on the scheduled Puppy Selection Day. We require that the puppy is paid in full no later than the scheduled Puppy Selection Day.
When shipping is required, it is the buyer’s expense. All puppies will have their first set of vaccinations, dewormed, and will be be accompanied by our puppy nanny. If a puppy must be returned, all shipping, airport, and transportation costs are at the expense of the buyer.
The buyer agrees to maintain the dog in a humane environment and to properly train and care for the dog. Your puppy has been microchipped. Breeder gives permission to be listed as an alternate contact. Under no circumstances shall Moo Cow Labradoodles be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from or in a manner related to the said dog. Upon receipt of puppy, all veterinary care and associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy. Your puppy has been selectively bred for excellent quality, health, soundness, intelligence, and good temperament. Your puppy has been spayed/neutered. Your puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming schedule. Please take the vaccination record we provide to your veterinarian. It is very important to continue the vaccinations and deworming schedule for your puppy, as well as annual boosters. The puppy will need follow-up vaccinations, deworming, flea control, rabies vaccination and heart worm prevention as recommended by your vet.
I ____________, as the Breeder/Seller certify that the dog/puppy is free from illness and defects, and does not appear clinically ill from parasitic infestation, and has been treated as a precaution. All information provided is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. In signing said contract, both parties are stating that they have read the contract thoroughly, agree with its terms, and find this contract legal and binding. Any breach of said contract by either party must be taken before the Courts of _________, State of California, USA or this contract is found to be null and void.
* spay/neuter contracts may be implemented for any reason, at any time, in place of the above listed contract, and an addendum to the contract will be added. A $100 spay/neuter refund will be provided in the event that we send a puppy home on a spay/neuter contract.
